The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) reports that I-80 eastbound is scheduled to have daytime lane closures beginning today and continuing for two weeks in Hardwick and Knowlton, Warren County.
Beginning today from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and continuing daily through Thursday, June 15 at the same times, one lane on I-80 eastbound is scheduled to be closed from milepost 0.5 after the exit ramp to River Road in Hardwick to mile post 1.5 before the Weigh Station/U-turn in Knowlton. No work will take place on Sunday, June 11.
The closure is necessary for survey work. One lane will remain open while the work is taking place. If work is completed early, the lane will reopen sooner.
Motorists are advised to slow down and use caution when driving through the work zone. The precise timing of the work is subject to change due to weather or other factors.
