Weather permitting, work will begin March 23, and I-80 traffic restrictions will be in place near Sidney, from reference post 54 to reference post 61, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
Interstate Sealant & Concrete, Inc. of Waukesha, Wisconsin is the contractor for this project. Work includes joint sealing and new lane marking. Traffic will be maintained with lane closures, signs, arrow
boards, and cones.
Anticipated completion is mid-May 2023.
Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in and near I-80 work zones, to buckle up, and to put phones down.
