Motorists are advised of lane restrictions next week on I-80 eastbound and westbound in Turbot Township, Northumberland County, for roadway maintenance.
On Monday, October 16, 2023 through Thursday, October 19, 2023, a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew will be performing shoulder cutting along I-80 westbound and eastbound between mile marker 215 (Route 254 / Limestoneville exit) and mile marker 211.
Work will be performed between the hours of 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM, beginning with the westbound lanes on Monday and Tuesday and eastbound lanes being completed on Wednesday and Thursday. Motorists can expect alternating lane restrictions where work is being performed.
Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution through the work zone.
