Motorists are advised that the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and Bridging Pennsylvania Constructors (BPC) announces scheduled rolling slowdowns on Interstate 80 in support of the I-80 Over Lehigh River Bridge Project.
The rolling slowdowns are anticipated to occur approximately two (2) times per week to set beams adjacent to the existing I-80 eastbound bridge, between June 26th, 2025, and July 22nd, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and will take place between mile markers 272.4 and 273.4. These operations are weather dependent and may be adjusted based on work progress.
I-80 motorists are advised to plan for possible delays and use caution when traveling through the work zone.
