The Outlets of Des Moines is an open-air shopping destination located directly off I-80, exit 141 in Altoona, Iowa. It’s approximately 10 miles northeast of Des Moines. The outlet mall also has a number of dining options, including Johnny Rockets, Subway, and Auntie Anne’s.
