Weather permitting, a bridge repair project will begin September 3 on the eastbound lanes of I-80 at mile marker 427.29, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
The work will be performed at night from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The work is anticipated to take 14 days. There will be up to two lanes closed at times during the project.
Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in and near work zones, to buckle up, and put phones down.
