The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) reports that I-80 eastbound is scheduled to have a right lane closure on Thursday night in Hardwick and Knowlton, Warren County. This is a continuation of work that began in February 2024.
Beginning at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 28 until 4:00 a.m. Friday, March 29, the right lane on I-80 eastbound is scheduled to be closed from milepost 0.5 after the exit ramp to River Road in Hardwick to mile post 1.5 before the Weigh Station/U-turn in Knowlton. The closure is necessary for survey work. One lane will remain open while the work is taking place. If work is completed early, the lane will reopen sooner.
Motorists are advised to slow down and use caution when driving through the work zone. The precise timing of the work is subject to change due to weather or other factors.
