Weather permitting, work will begin March 17 on I-80, from reference post 170.94 to reference post 176.82, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT).
Work on this project includes crack sealing and pavement markings. Traffic will be maintained with lane closures. A 12-foot width restriction
will be in effect. Anticipated completion is April 2025.
The purpose of this project is to preserve the transportation asset, improve the reliability of the transportation system and perpetuate the mobility of the traveling public.
Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in and near work zones, to buckle up, and to put phones down.
